London-based Baturina, 54, is Russia's richest woman. A former factory worker, she grew her wealth from property development and cement, selling her two main businesses in 2011 for more than £1.25bn. The wife of former Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov, she owns the Morrison hotel in Dublin and other hotels in Russia, Austria and the Czech Republic. She has filed a $1bn lawsuit against the Russian government after some of her property in Moscow was seized by the state.
