Nicholas Roditi and family
Roditi has a £333.3m family stake in Workspace Group, the £1.22bn London real estate investment trust. He worked closely with billionaire financier George Soros and the magic must have rubbed off, as the Zimbabwe-born former fund manager owns holdings in seven quoted companies including online supermarket Ocado and AO World. In total these are worth £645m – up £9m on a year before – along with a 1.5% share in Russian energy giant Unified Energy Systems valued at £600m. With stakes of nearly £51m in private operations PGI and Belvedere Realty Investments, Roditi, 71, and his art historian wife Pamela, 64, remain on £1.01bn.
