Alex Dellal, 33, is showing the eye for a deal of his grandfather, legendary property man Jack “Black Jack” Dellal, who died in 2012 aged 89. Alex bought the London headquarters of Sir Philip Green’s (qv) former BHS business for £31m in March 2015 and two months later the family’s Allied Commercial operation sold it for £38.3m. The Dellals, represented here by Jack’s son Guy, 59, are worth £408m after inheritance tax issues. Guy’s Brazilian-born daughter Alice, 29, has modelled for Agent Provocateur and other fashion labels.
